    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job duties&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prep incoming non-inventory reclaim components, shafts, for inspection.</li>\n <li>Detailing of the parts as required, such as blasting, cleaning, polishing and pre inspection to make sure parts are ready for inspection, then inventory.</li>\n <li>Keep shop clean and organized</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Clean, detail, and inspect, components&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work with hand/air tools</li>\n <li>Material handling&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18+ years of age</li>\n <li>Strong Organizational skills and detail oriented&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Requires basic knowledge of hand tools&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to work walk and stand up to 8 hrs/day</li>\n <li>Experience in shop/tool preferably&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
