As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. **Job Overview:** The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. This role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Schedule : Saturday required **Key Responsibilities:** Inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units. Perform troubleshooting and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Diagnose HVAC system issues using technical tools and equipment. Repair or replace defective components and parts to restore system functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of services and repairs. Offer recommendations for system improvements and energy efficiency. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Follow all industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. **Qualifications:** Valid EPA Certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and functions. Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
