The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. This role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule : Saturday required</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**Key Responsibilities:**</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.</li>\n <li>Perform troubleshooting and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Diagnose HVAC system issues using technical tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Repair or replace defective components and parts to restore system functionality.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of services and repairs.</li>\n <li>Offer recommendations for system improvements and energy efficiency.</li>\n <li>Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.</li>\n <li>Follow all industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.</li>\n <li>Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>**Qualifications:**</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid EPA Certification preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and functions.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>**Benefits:**</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary. <strong>$50,000-$120,000+ (Hourly + Uncapped Performance Pay)</strong></li>\n <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and holidays.</li>\n <li>Retirement savings plan.</li>\n <li>Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.</li>\n <li>Company vehicle and tools provided.</li>\n</ul>",
