Job Description Dewberry is currently seeking a Project Manager in our Orlando, FL or Boston, MA office to work with our National Electrical Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure Team . Clients include utilities, transit authorities, and privately owned EV companies at the forefront of this exciting new technology. Responsibilities Work with Professional Engineers to develop civil & electrical engineering designs for electric vehicle charging station projects. Phases of design work include preliminary design visit, conceptual plans, zoning/planning coordination, permit documentation and construction level design plans. There will also be exposure to Design/Build and Construction Management activities. Work with CAD staff to prepare plans for submittal to local authorities having jurisdiction. Work with Senior Staff and Professional Engineers to prepare project reports and submittals. Assist with project management, budgeting, and preparation of proposals. Field work to gather existing conditions information and perform construction inspections. Salary Range The projected range for this position in the following locations are: Boston, MA: $100,013 - $128,588 If you are a qualified candidate that is in a state with Pay Transparency laws that we have not listed above, we will be sure to provide you with the required pay transparency information for that state upon an interview. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. Program Information B.S. in Engineering is required. Minimum 8 years experience/previous EV design experience. Land development, grading, storm water, utility design, & solar experience is desirable. Proficiency using AutoCAD & Civil 3D. Solid oral and written communication skills. Desire to work in a team environment. Professional Engineering License is preferred. Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required. Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and terrains. Ability to repetitively stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes, in addition to ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
