We're looking for an experienced full stack developer with strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">UI/ Next.Js expertise</span> and solid back-end experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.NET Core</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving team, working closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital products from our Chennai office.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain modern web apps using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Next.js</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.NET Core</span></li>\n<li>Develop responsive, high-quality <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">UI components</span> using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tailwind CSS</span></li>\n<li>Design and implement scalable REST APIs</li>\n<li>Integrate frontend and backend workflows seamlessly</li>\n<li>Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features quickly</li>\n<li>Write clean, maintainable, testable code</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bachelor's degree</span> in a computer engineering or computer-related field from a state university.</li>\n<li>4+ years’ experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">React</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Next.js</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.NET Core</span></li>\n<li>Strong skills in responsive UI development using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tailwind CSS</span></li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SSR</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SSG</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ISR</span>, caching strategies, and routing in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Next.js App Router</span></li>\n<li>Experience developing and integrating REST APIs</li>\n<li>Familiarity with modern front-end tools (ESLint, Prettier, Vite, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Git</span> and version control workflows</li>\n<li>Exposure to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Azure DevOps</span>, CI/CD pipelines, or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AWS</span> services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">How You Work</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills</li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork abilities</li>\n<li>Open to feedback and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
