In the Y, we strive to live our cause of strengthening communities with purpose and intentionality every day.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Facility Maintenance & Repairs</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform general building maintenance, minor repairs, and facility improvements (mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc.).</li>\n <li>Assist with implementation of preventive maintenance tasks as directed.</li>\n <li>Complete assigned work orders using the organization’s maintenance management system.</li>\n <li>Monitor facility conditions and report unusual or unsafe conditions to the Property Director.</li>\n <li>Operate tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.</li>\n <li>Assist with basic vehicle and equipment maintenance as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Grounds & Housekeeping</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform landscaping and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and attractive property year-round.</li>\n <li>Perform custodial duties as assigned to maintain cleanliness and member satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety & Risk Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond appropriately to emergencies and facility-related safety issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration & Service</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide excellent service and maintain positive relationships with members, guests, staff, and volunteers.</li>\n <li>Work cooperatively with staff and contracted service providers on facility projects.</li>\n <li>Support overall operations of YMCA facilities and equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Expectations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers

</li>\n <li>Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising consumers

\n  <ul>\n   <li>Maintenance Employees-ensure unused rooms and closets remain locked; routinely monitor high-risk locations (locker-rooms and bathrooms), etc.
