Candidates must have experience with answering incoming telephone lines, scheduling, and checking patients in and out.</p><p><br></p><p><em><strong>Generous salary and benefits available, including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life Insurance, 401k with company match and immediate vesting, and more!</strong></em></p><p><br></p><p>Job duties include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Greet patients in friendly and timely manner.</li><li>Present a positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn</li><li>Ensure that patients complete necessary forms required for medical chart and billing office</li><li>Coordination of office visits with other OB practices and clinics</li><li>Answer patient inquiries regarding patient registration information or billing questions</li><li>Refers patient inquiries regarding medical care or treatment to medical assistant or physician</li><li>Ensures good patient flow through practice by timely processing of patients as they arrive at office</li><li>Comfortable with asking patients for appropriate co-pays and balances due</li><li>Working with medical records</li><li>Effective communication with team members including providers</li><li>Other duties as assigned including cross training for check out</li><li>Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and all other office policies and procedures</li><li>Forwarding of medical records as requested by providers</li></ul>",
