    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview:</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a hands-on Senior D365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O) Developer to join our team in Noida. This is a purely technical individual contributor role with a strong focus on development and enterprise reporting.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in X++ development, combined with strong capabilities in SSRS and Power BI reporting, and experience working with integrations and Power Platform technologies.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">D365 F&amp;O Development -</span></p>\n<p> Design, develop, and maintain customizations using X++ and extension-based development (no overlayering)<br> Work with standard D365 frameworks (SysOperation, Data Entities, Batch jobs, etc.)<br> Develop and maintain integrations using OData, REST APIs, and custom services<br> Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and are upgrade-safe<br> Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and integration issues<br> Contribute to code quality through reviews and adherence to development standards Reporting &amp; Data Solutions (Core Focus) -<br> Design and develop SSRS reports within D365 F&amp;O<br> Build and maintain Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards<br> Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and data models<br> Work with data entities, SQL, and external data sources for reporting and analytics<br> Optimize data extraction and transformation processes across D365 and external systems</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power Platform &amp; Automation -</span><br> Support integrations with Dataverse<br> Build and enhance automation solutions using Power Automate<br> Collaborate on Power BI and Power Apps solutions where required<br> Understand and support data flows between D365 F&amp;O and Power Platform<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills &amp; Experience -</span><br> 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&amp;O / AX development<br> Strong expertise in:<br>o X++ development and extensions<br>o Data entities, integrations, and D365 architecture fundamentals</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Proven experience with:</span></p>\n<p>o SSRS report development in D365 F&amp;O<br>o Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and report building)</p>\n<p> Solid understanding of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR)<br> Strong SQL and data analysis skills<br> Experience with API-based integrations (OData, REST)<br> MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer. certification (required)<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Highly Valued -</span><br> Strong knowledge of the Power Platform<br> Hands-on experience with Power Automate (process automation, workflows, integrations)<br> Experience with Dataverse / Dual-write</p>\n<p> Exposure to Power Apps</p>\n<p> Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)<br> Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills -</span><br> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<br> Ability to work independently in a hands-on development role<br> Clear communication with technical and functional stakeholders<br> Attention to detail and ownership of deliverables</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Open Systems:</span></p>\n<p>Backed by the Service Experience Promise, Open Systems simply and cost-effectively connects and secures hybrid environments and thus ensures your organization can meet business objectives.
