This is a year-round opportunity. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule for the right candidate.   </p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p>92NY is a world-class cultural community center that offers perks of gym membership, discounts on events, cutting-edge training and working with a professional and passionate team! </p>\n<h2>Job Responsibilities Include</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the Senior Birthday Party Supervisor with assigned birthday party administrative, logistical and customer service-related tasks.</li>\n <li>Responsible for daily communications via email and phone with birthday party patrons.</li>\n <li>Help with staffing logistics, including the utilization of special apps and software for staff availability and communication.   </li>\n <li>Coordinate and lead parent tours of the facility.</li>\n <li>Assist with payment review and processing, as needed. </li>\n <li>Attend and support quarterly birthday party staff meetings. </li>\n <li>Greet children and families with a positive attitude and ensure the highest quality customer experience to represent 92NY birthday parties. </li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience, Education, & Skills Desired</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<ul>\n <li>HS Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have prior experience in an office environment.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, proficiency in computer systems and excellent customer service skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Application Instructions</p>\n<p>Interested applicants should forward a resume and a cover letter.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, we are only able to contact those applicants whose experience most aligns with the position profile.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Per Diem Compensation Range</p>\n<p>$17 - $22/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.</em></p>\n<p> </p>",
