It's a place where residents can enjoy a balanced life, connect with nature, the broader community, and enjoy a sense of belonging and recognition.</p>\n<p><em><strong>We are seeking candidates that are interested in casual opportunities at Honoria Conway. </strong></em></p>\n<h2>Minimum Nurse-to-Patient Ratio</h2>Minimum Nurse-to-Patient Ratios (mNPR) set the minimum number of nurses required to safely care for patients on a given unit. Developed in partnership with the Ministry of Health, the BC Nurses' Union (BCNU), and health organizations across British Columbia, mNPR provides a consistent and transparent approach to staffing that supports safe nursing practice and high-quality patient care. We value the cultural richness that our diverse workforce brings to the care of our equally diverse population of patients and residents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Day to Day</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise Assisted Living Workers and Activity Workers</li>\n <li>Monitor and follows up on staff work to ensure outcomes are achieved</li>\n <li>Participate in the assessment process, development, and modification of individualized Personal Service Plans</li>\n <li>Provide nursing care as required</li>\n <li>Communicate with and supports tenants</li>\n <li>Model care philosophy and shares knowledge with staff</li>\n <li>Complete and maintains documents and records related to tenants</li>\n <li>Identify and responds to tenant and family learning needs</li>\n <li>Act as a resource by answering inquiries</li>\n <li>Participate in meetings such as Community Gathering and Care Conferences</li>\n <li>Provide input to Coordinator regarding equipment and supplies</li>\n <li>Provide support and assistance to Assisted Living Workers with duties as time permits</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>\n<p><em>We acknowledge that Providence Health Care and the new St. Paul’s Hospital site is located on the traditional, </em><em>ancestral, and unceded territory of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.</em></p>",
