Receive technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval for project plans<strong>. </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Innovation: </strong>Explore subject areas, define scope, select items for investigation, and develop novel concepts and methods.</li>\n <li><strong>Professional Practice: </strong>As a licensed architect, apply your expertise to ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Architecture degree. </li>\n <li>Active Architect registration. </li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of related experience larger scale Industrial or Mission Critical sectors.</li>\n <li>Core competencies include:  \n  <ul>\n   <li>Coordinating Project Activities</li>\n   <li>Managing Resources</li>\n   <li>Communicating Effectively</li>\n   <li>Driving Projects to Completion</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO/AA Employer M/F/D/V</h2>\n<p>Carlson Design Group is an equal opportunity employer with a culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce.
