This seasonal ministry position exists to support this vision by leading youth into opportunities to experience God’s creation through adventures and connecting those experiences to real-life situations they are facing.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Youth Dynamics is seeking to hire individuals with an appetite for adventure, love for the outdoors, and desire to partner with God’s heart for missions this summer.  Individuals who are passionate, dynamic, teachable, and committed will make valuable additions to our guide team.  Candidates should be excited to work hard behind the scenes,  and learn how to weave technical outdoor leadership skills together with God’s heart for missions.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">If you want to partner with this vision for youth to experience and know Christ and community in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, this is the role for you!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Key Responsibilities and Expectations</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Learn to guide young people on a variety of wilderness activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Work alongside seasoned staff to design ministry programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Facilitate group activities and discussions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prepare, plan and execute logistical details for adventure trips</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Reports to: </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Local Staffing Manager</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Locations available:</span> Horseshoe Bend, ID; Grangeville, ID; Canby, OR; and Leavenworth, WA.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">18+ years of age or older</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Passion for sharing about Jesus with teens</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Willingness and ability to learn and adapt</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">High level of (or desire to develop) relational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Desire and ability to effectively work in an outdoor environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Strong work ethic</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Sufficient level of physical fitness to guide extended backcountry trips</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Two full summer commitments: exceptions may apply, season dates vary by location</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Willingness to raise financial support to cover ministry expenses and summer salary:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Idaho and Washington: $1,700 + salary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Oregon: $1,000 + salary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Grangeville (Salmon River Base): Salary only</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Compensation - The Support Raising Journey:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Youth Dynamics partners with Via Generosity (www.viagenerosity.org) to offer the best and most updated training on raising personal support. You will be provided with a personal support raising coach as well as all of the necessary training and resources to successfully:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Build a team of individuals to partner with you as a summer missionary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Raise 100% of salary and necessary ministry expenses to meet your financial goals</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Staff hires set their own support raising goals according to their financial need</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Summer staff take home, on average, $1,000-3,000 from their ministry partner donations</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Best-in-class training to develop financial vitality</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Job Type: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Seasonal</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Position Status: </span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Open until filled.</span><br></p>",
