This role supports daily production operations, ensures equipment reliability, and maintains compliance with safety and environmental standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate and monitor oil and gas production equipment, including compressors, separators, and related systems.</li>\n <li>Perform routine inspections of wells, compressor stations, and production facilities.</li>\n <li>Start up, shut down, and adjust equipment to maintain optimal production levels.</li>\n <li>Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and other operating conditions.</li>\n <li>Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on compressors and associated equipment.</li>\n <li>Identify and report equipment issues, leaks, or abnormal operating conditions.</li>\n <li>Complete daily logs, reports, and regulatory documentation.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors to address operational needs.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equiavlent required.</li>\n <li>1+ years of experience in oil & gas production or compressor operations preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with compressor engines (e.g., Ariel, Caterpillar, Waukesha, or similar) is a plus.</li>\n <li>Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with production equipment such as separators, tanks, and dehydration systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to read gauges, meters, and basic schematics.</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.</li>\n <li>Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.</li>\n</ul>",
