The responsibility encompasses end-to-end visibility and accountability for all operational aspects within your designated unit group. A unit group typically includes multiple applications, modules or services that fall under your leadership domain. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Advise on the continuous improvement and innovation of existing product features to reduce maintenance overhead and enhance user experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Identify and prioritize legacy code that requires frequent bugfixes or patches. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Lead refactoring initiatives to modernize outdated architectures and frameworks. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Consolidate redundant functionalities that create maintenance points. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Replace manual processes with automated solutions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Standardized coding practices and architecture patterns across platforms. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide strategic direction and risk mitigation solutions for projects. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Establish clear, measurable project objectives that align with company goals.
