    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline;\">JOB SUMMARY: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px;\">A+ Power Sports is looking for a Full-Time Experienced Powersports Technician. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px;\">We pay depending on experience and jobs that can be done by the individual. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px;\"><span>Technicians do the following here depending on there abilities and skill level: Change tires, oil changes, fork seals, chains, tracks on sleds, carburetor cleans, safety inspections, diagnosing issues with vehicles, brake jobs, steering stem bearings, wiring diagnosis, motor swaps, valves, timing, etc..</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline;\">DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, safety, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Diagnose customer concerns and perform quality repairs in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so customers stay informed if additional concerns arise. Provide estimate of time needed for subsequent repairs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, under warranty guidelines<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px; text-decoration: underline;\">SKILLS &amp; KNOWLEDGE:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">2+ Years of Mechanic Experience Required  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Knowledge in all aspects of power sports repair and maintenance </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Own basic tools to properly diagnose and service our products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
