          "text": "<p><strong>The Opportunity: </strong>The American Girl New York City retail store is looking for a dynamic individual for the Community &amp; Event Coordinator position.&#xa0; This position is responsible for driving customers into the location for revenue generating sales, programs, and events.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What Your Impact Will Be:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Support managing&#xa0;all aspects of the planning, coordination and communication for group parties, sales, and store events.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Plan and execute Influencer, VIP, PR and Celebrity visits.</li><li>Develop community and hotel partnerships for their store location.</li><li>Solicit group prospects and partnerships within the community.</li><li>Propose revenue driving initiatives.</li><li>Work with AG store team on assignment of roles and responsibilities for store events through timely&#xa0;communication, provide training and support when appropriate, ensure all system requirements are met, and venue and inventory levels are sufficient/ready for the planned event/program, excursion.</li><li>Process all paperwork, including contracts.</li><li>Resolve customer issues.</li></ul>",
