To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page: <a href=\"https://careers.osaic.com/Creative/Benefits\" target=\"_blank\">Osaic Benefits</a>.</p><p></p><p><b>Summary: </b></p><p>We have an opening for a skilled, strategic and experienced Corporate Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions in all functions and levels of the company</li><li>Execute sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs utilizing new or existing sourcing channels</li><li>Establish talent networks to build immediate and long-term diverse local, regional or national candidate pipelines</li><li>Facilitate comprehensive, compliant selection process</li><li>Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are executed</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships within HR, with the Senior Leadership Team and across business leader network</li><li>Facilitate consistent hiring and onboarding practices</li><li>Establish best in class candidate and hiring manager experience</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements: </b></p><p>Bachelor’s degree is required. </p><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years full life-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience</li><li>Skills, knowledge and applications related to recruitment marketing, online sourcing, and social recruitment</li><li>Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings or more complex roles</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word &amp; Excel) and Workday</li><li>Strong consultative and influencing skills</li><li>Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization</li><li>Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry&#39;s best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment)</li><li>Detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function</li><li>Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments and has the ability to cope with and collaborate through frequent and unexpected changes</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, on deadlines, and with variety of tasks / shifting priorities</li><li>Understanding of employment law</li><li>Strong people skills and the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with the client, advisors and Human Resources Business Partners</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>Specific recruiting experience within the wealth management, financial services, or advisor offices</li><li>Specific experience recruiting for small business and financial professionals</li><li>Diversity recruitment initiatives experience</li><li>High volume recruiting supporting multiple functions including IT, AI and Technology</li><li>Advanced skills in Excel, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and presentation</li></ul><ul><li>Experience and understanding of contingent worker environment, MSP partnerships, and co-employment risk mitigation</li><li>Advanced use and experience in Workday </li></ul><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
