    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>We are looking to add a \n<strong>Claims/SQL SME Data Coach</strong>  to our team of talented professionals. The \n<strong>Claims/SQL SME Data Coach</strong> will primarily responsible for leading the development of data models to support business intelligence systems. \n<strong>In this role, you will:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides advanced technical support in the research, experimentation, business analysis and use of systems technology including architecture, integration capabilities and database management.</li>\n <li>Develops the end-to-end vision and the logical design that translates into physical databases, and how the data will flow through the successive stages involved.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable and practices a wider range of data administration skills, often in a Business Process Reengineering context.</li>\n <li>Participates in strategic data planning, including development and implementation of DA policies, standards, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Understands data from the perspective of data processing and in the context of different life-cycle phases.</li>\n <li>Activities may include data quality engineering, metadata consolidation and integration, metamodel development and maintenance, repository management, data warehouse design and data mining, data security administration, and formulation of enterprise-specific data metrics.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD or Minimum of 12 years relevant experience, with High School Diploma</li>\n <li>The ideal candidate excels at technical leadership and can also serve as an individual contributor.</li>\n <li>Extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid data</li>\n <li>Experience Answering complex questions about data</li>\n <li>Experience Data architecture and design</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Team player</li>\n <li>Proactive and resourceful</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with little to no direction</li>\n <li>Snowflake experience</li>\n <li>Strong SQL skills and SQL Optimization</li>\n <li>Ability to learn quickly</li>\n <li>US Citizenship or Green Card holder and must have been in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with ETL preferably Snowflake</li>\n <li>Experience with Linux CLI</li>\n <li>Experience with Bash or Python Scripting</li>\n <li>Experience debugging complex data issues in ETL or SQL</li>\n <li>Experience working with AI/ML models</li>\n <li>Able to future-proof data and software design using big-picture thinking</li>\n <li>Strong database experience, such as DB2 or Postgres</li>\n <li>Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
