Nous travaillons en tant que collectif, où l'excellence, l'expertise et l'expression sont valorisées par tous. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Le casting que tu rejoindras</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 10pt\">L'artiste au groom fait parti.e du département Assets et est rattaché.e au Chef des assets et des environnements (Head of Builds) au sein de la division VFX. Il.elle est chargé.e de créer des cheveux, des poils ou des plumes réalistes et naturels pour les digi-doubles, les animaux et les créatures à l'aide des outils de groom dans Houdini.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Le script </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\"> À quoi va ressembler votre quotidien ?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Travailler avec les équipes de modélisation, de texture et de look dev pour comprendre et définir la meilleure orientation artistique correspondant au concept et à la vision du superviseur.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Créer tout type de fourrure, de cheveux et de plumes réalistes qui garantissent un mouvement optimal.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Créer du feuillage ou d'autres éléments naturels qui nécessitent une création de groom. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Accepter les directives et proposer des alternatives créatives en matière de groom afin d'améliorer l'aspect global de l'élément.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assurer la liaison avec les autres artistes CFX pour veiller à ce que les grooms se traduisent adéquatement lorsque les personnages sont en mouvement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exécuter les corrections dans les délais impartis tout en respectant les étapes et le calendrier de production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assurer le rendu et le contrôle qualité des éléments en fourrure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Organiser son temps et fournir le travail en respectant les quotas fournis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques ou de flux de travail et/ou les transmettre au Chef des assets et des environnements, au superviseur CG ou à l'équipe du pipeline.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participer à l'optimisation du pipeline des cheveux,  des poils, et de la fourrure.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Vos crédits </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">3 à 5 ans d'expérience avec des cheveux et de la fourrure comme artiste au groom dans des productions d'animation 3D/VFX haut de gamme</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Expertise et compétence dans Houdini ou un outil similaire tel que Xgen</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Capacité à produire de façon constante des grooms de haute qualité et photoréalistes, et à les corriger/réparer. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Capacité à s'adapter à de nouveaux styles et techniques et à innover dans ce domaine.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bonne compréhension de l'espace colorimétrique, de l'ombrage, de l'éclairage et des méthodologies de rendu.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bonne connaissance des principes de simulation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à respecter les délais.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Capacité à accepter les directives et les commentaires de manière positive.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Solides compétences en matière de communication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Attitude positive et esprit d'équipe</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ouverture aux nouvelles idées et aux nouvelles pratiques</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
