These shared values and practices connect us and help make Premium Waters a great place to work.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs the equipment used in the production process such as the filler, packaging, cappers, labeler, and palletizers used for bottling water.&nbsp;</p><p>*<u><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Please note, we have swing or nigh shift available including 10 or 12 hour shifts and more details about the work schedules will be discuss during the interview*</span></strong></u><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">.</span>&nbsp;</strong>More details about the work schedule will be discuss during the interview process.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay range $30.00 per hour - $37.00 per hour (DOE) and our facility is climate control with state-of-the-art equipment</strong>.</p><p><strong>GMP &amp; PPE Required</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>While on the production floor in the plant you will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone entering the production floor must follow the GMP rules in their employee handbook, which includes the required hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is also required that all personnel wear safety glasses as the tasks requires. &nbsp;Follows standard operating procedures including quality checks and procedures for all operations. &nbsp;Also follows HACCP and SQF requirements for food quality and safety.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains safe and clean workshop, follows safety guidelines</li><li>Tracks all performed equipment maintenance in logs</li><li>Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment but not limited to line changeovers</li><li>Performs all repair tasks necessary to keep bottling lines operating efficiently including, Hydraulic and Pneumatic components</li><li>Programs and troubleshoots all production equipment using PLCs</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years previous experience, including welding, electrical trouble-shooting, and performing PM&rsquo;s on equipment</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed</li><li>Demonstrated interpersonal skills are required</li><li>Basic reading, writing, and math skills&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of the blow/injection molding processes, procedures, and machinery is a plus</li><li>Forklift experience and certification a plus</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
