The Greeter provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process; greeting and fulfilling club member needs as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provides member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Creates and maintains a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assists in making all transactions quick and efficient. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Branch Location: Vancouver International Airport, 3211 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond, BC V7B 0A4.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Interviews will take place out of 3871 North Service Place, Richmond, BC V7B 1L8.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a full time position that pays $23.57 / hour.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Consistent full time 40 hour per week schedule </li>\n <li>Employee discount</li>\n <li>Retirement Savings Plan with company match and profit sharing</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Training and development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have an open availability Sunday-Saturday, 40 hours a week, between the airports operating hours of 5am-1:30am.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and manager to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome Emerald Club members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist Emerald Club members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed accurately</li>\n <li>Maintain clean, low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank Emerald Club members for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n <li>An individual contributor, not responsible for supervising others</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent </li>\n <li>Must have a current and valid <strong>British Columbia Full Class 5 driver's license</strong> with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI).</li>\n <li>Proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>Minimum 6 months part time or full time relevant experience required in one of the following: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Sales</li>\n   <li>Customer Service (i.e. Retail, Restaurant, etc.)</li>\n   <li>Management/Supervisory experience (i.e. Sales or Service industry)</li>\n   <li>Organizations/Clubs – at a leadership level</li>\n   <li>Community Involvement/Volunteerism – at a leadership level</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Must have an open availability </strong><strong>Sunday-Saturday, 40 hours a week, between the airports operating hours of 5am-1:30am.</strong></li>\n</ul>",
