If you love problem-solving, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to see the tangible results of your hard work, you’ll love where this journey takes you.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and logistics with the Project Executive and operations team</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage document control including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and contract documents</span></li>\n<li><span>Track field progress daily using Bluebeam and maintain logs for weather, production, and materials</span></li>\n<li><span>Expedite materials and communicate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries</span></li>\n<li><span>Review invoices, verify pay applications, and ensure accurate cost coding</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead weekly jobsite meetings and document minutes to keep stakeholders aligned</span></li>\n<li><span>Support punch-list management and drive successful project close-outs</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Location &amp; Travel Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p><span>This position is based out of our Kennesaw, Georgia office; however, project demands may require full-time assignment to active job sites. Candidates must be willing to work onsite and travel as needed to support project operations. Travel may include extended stays at project locations throughout the Southeast and other regions as business needs dictate.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on large concrete projects.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and specifications with a specific focus on concrete scopes of work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced construction environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Superior communication and organizational development skills to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and field staff</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency with construction software including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Plan Grid, Procore, and Microsoft Project</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>OSHA Certification</span></li>\n<li><span>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with AutoCAD and Tekla</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Martin Concrete Construction?</span></p>\n<p><span>At Martin Concrete Construction, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
