      "content": "\n<li>Provide clinical supervision to school-based mental health counselors pursuing or maintaining licensure</li>\n<li>Ensure ethical evidence-based clinical practice aligned with Tennessee licensure standards</li>\n<li>Support clinicians with case consultation, risk assessment, crisis response guidance, and treatment planning</li>\n<li>Sign off on all insurance claims for individuals under your purview who are not yet fully licensed</li>\n<li>Deliver individual and group therapy using trauma-informed evidence-based approaches</li>\n<li>Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized mental health treatment plans</li>\n<li>Assess suicide and self-harm risk, develop safety plans, and respond to mental health crises</li>\n<li>Facilitate family meetings, caregiver training, and mental health education</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation and treatment progress records</li>\n<li>Collaborate with school counselors, special education staff, nurses, and community partners</li>\n<li>Oversee Medicaid-aligned documentation and partner with billing teams on claims and compliance</li>\n"
