Train and adjust manpower accordingly.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h1>Primary Accountabilities:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must comply with all Quality and Food Safety Management standards and systems to ensure continual process improvement and effectiveness of our Food Safety Management System; with the ability to satisfy our customers and provide products that are in accordance with their intended use and safe for human consumption.</li>\n   <li>Responsible for maintaining a timely schedule so that all production operations start on time</li>\n   <li>Responsible for monitoring employees’ sanitizing procedures and practices</li>\n   <li>Responsible for accurate completion of all sanitation documentation</li>\n   <li>Responsible for maintaining SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS</li>\n   <li>Responsible for reporting equipment breakdowns to your immediate supervisor or maintenance personnel</li>\n   <li>Responsible for the proper training of employees</li>\n   <li>Responsible for assigning workers so that areas are covered</li>\n   <li>Will need to perform Sanitation worker duties as needed.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Secondary Duties</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure company rules and policies are followed and enforced.</li>\n <li>Complete special projects as assigned.</li>\n <li>Forklift driving will be required from time to time (certification required).</li>\n <li>Assign sanitation workers to production in the event of a breakdown (conveyors stopping, product falling on the floor, etc.).</li>\n <li>Follow company policies. </li>\n <li>Follow safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Complete other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Supervisory Duties:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Number of employees may vary from 1-30 (Average 15 people). </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h1>Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:                                             </h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred</li>\n <li>Experience and knowledge of production equipment in a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Two years in sanitation or comparable experience</li>\n <li>Previous Forklift experience and High Staking preferred</li>\n <li>Must successfully complete forklift evaluation/certification prior to forklift operation</li>\n <li>Bilingual desired</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>What You’ll Need to Succeed:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Passionate about a purpose driven career</li>\n   <li>Passionate about collaborating respectfully in diverse and inclusive team environments</li>\n   <li>Proactively seeks feedback and continuously improves work quality</li>\n   <li>Consistently adheres to ethical standards and maintains transparency</li>\n   <li>Actively contributes to achieving collective team goals</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Education & Certification:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Requirements:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n   <li>Must have dexterity to be able to hold a high pressure hose (750-1000psi) for long periods.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to work with chemicals.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to wear respirator (if needed). Required to pass Respirator Fitness Test.</li>\n   <li>Requires climbing, standing, stooping, twisting, lifting, and other physical movements to perform job.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to bend or squat low enough to go under conveyor belts.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Work Environment:</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Industrial plant environment with related noise and temperatures.
