The supervisor develops people, drives problem solving, and implements process improvements to increase productivity, improve quality, and enhance operational reliability.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Value Stream Leadership &amp; Execution</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead and supervise daily operations for an assigned manufacturing area or value stream, including machining, assembly, or fabrication processes, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of engineered products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan, coordinate, and assign labor, materials, and equipment based on production schedules, customer demand, equipment capacity, and workforce availability to meet customer commitments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor production performance to ensure targets for output, efficiency, quality, and schedule attainment are achieved.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure adherence to standard work, manufacturing processes, and quality standards while driving operational reliability and continuous improvement across assigned production areas</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp;
