You will assemble and package final products and subassemblies using both automated machinery and hands-on assembly techniques. All work is completed according to detailed instructions provided through drawings, written specifications, and production documentation Duties and Responsibilities: Execute precise assembly and packaging operations while maintaining strict quality standards and tight tolerances Follow quality control documents, written instructions, and verbal guidance with minimal oversight Verify accuracy of all production documentation, including quality checklists, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly specifications Organize and retrieve materials to maintain adequate stock levels for continuous production flow Operate production machinery, calibrated hand tools, and computer systems for data entry and product labeling Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors or production leads Essential Job Functions The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
