    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)<br>A. Measure, cut, and install using hand tools and ladders<br>B. Dismantle machines using hand tools<br>C. Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks<br>D. Assemble and install equipment (such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails) using hand and power tools<br>E. Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rulers, lasers, micrometers, and&nbsp;<br>plumb bobs<br>F. Assemble machines with bolts, welds, and rivets, and fasten them to foundation using hand tools and&nbsp;<br>power tools<br>G. May operate engine lathe to grind, file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications<br>H. Set, level, and align all classes and types of engines, motors, dynamos, generators, conveyors, elevators,&nbsp;<br>monorails, train rails, and/or trolley beams or rails<br>I. Grease and lubricate all types of equipment<br>J. Clean, repair, and adjust all classes and types of jacks, chainfalls, pull-lift, block and tackles, impact&nbsp;<br>wrenches, chipping hammers, rivet guns, air drills, and specialized hydraulic and electric precision&nbsp;<br>torque/tension equipment<br>K. Operate cranes, forklifts, hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, power tools, and other materials<br>L. Receive and offload all major components.</p><p>M. Install loose components for Nacelle, hub and tower preparation<br>N. Connect blades to hub<br>O. Set base and tower sections<br>P. Handle taglines<br>Q. Assist with main erection crane assembly and teardown<br>R. Climb ladders – average 80m<br>S. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels</p><p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES<br>A. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, assembly/disassembly, operation and&nbsp;<br>maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals<br>B.
