At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values, they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The HVAC Installer is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment.</li>\n <li>Unloads material and assist with staging materials.</li>\n <li>Installs supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment.</li>\n <li>Installs water treatment equipment, piping and controls.</li>\n <li>Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.</li>\n <li>Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.</li>\n <li>Promotes and performs all aspects of Company safety procedures and policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintenance experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, AHU's and other equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot, mechanical and diagnostic skills.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Compan'ss competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Licensed Technician or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.</li>\n <li>Holds an EPA Certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n <li>Low temperature</li>\n <li>High temperature</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $19.18 - USD $25.64 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
