    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Tasks&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read packaging documents to determine product specifications. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products to standards.</li>\n <li>Remove finished packaged items from the machine and separate rejected items.</li>\n <li>Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor.</li>\n <li>Stock and sort products for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheets, boxes, cartons, ink, trays, or labels.</li>\n <li>Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material.</li>\n <li>Clean and remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials to prepare raw products for processing (break down empty handle boxes).</li>\n <li>Monitor the production line, watching for problems such as hazards, pile-ups, and product jams</li>\n <li>Stack finished packaged items, or wrap protective material around each item, and pack the items in cartons or containers (hand stretch wrap finished pallet).</li>\n <li>Record operational data such as finished and rejected packaged items (identify and categorize defect).</li>\n <li>Package the product in the form in which it will be sent out. For example: 120 pails per pallet/ 880 covers per pallet.</li>\n <li>Assemble corrugated shipping containers, trays, and boxes.</li>\n <li>Perform final inspection of product (check product for de-nest, count covers for proper stack height).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. &nbsp;It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem (product jamming up under molding machine).</li>\n <li>Ability to see details at close range (such as color swirls molded in contamination).</li>\n <li>Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness (White or Natural).</li>\n <li>Ability to make precisely coordinated movement of both arms, hands, and fingers to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects (install ¾” vents and push in fittings in line - 12 covers per minute)</li>\n <li>Ability to quickly and repeatedly bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with your body, arms, and/or legs.</li>\n <li>Ability to make fast, simple, repeated movement of the fingers, hands, and wrists (install plastic and or wire handles in pails).</li>\n <li>Oral Comprehension</li>\n <li>Written Comprehension (direction from packaging documents i.e. pack size C.W.L. location)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to identify or detect differences among product such as flash, mold, contamination, under fill, etc.</li>\n <li>Ability to quickly and accurately compare similarities and differences among product. &nbsp;The things to be compared may be presented at the same time or one after the other. &nbsp;This ability also includes comparing a presented object with a remembered object.</li>\n <li>Ability to load/unload, or stack products.<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
