    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Field Service Technical Engineer will provide technical support for the project site team. &nbsp;This is a hands-on position working closely with corporate IT, onsite project team members and 3rd party contractors.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> <strong>$55,000 - $75,000 +12% uplift and additional compensation for temporary relocation of $4000+/month</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Install, troubleshoot &amp; repair hardware, software, &amp; peripheral equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Assist/manage site-wide network setup and support</li><li>Assist with jobsite trailer mobilization and demobilization as required</li><li>Work with site team to proactively address and resolve service requests and/or to gather information necessary to resolve service requests.</li><li>Communicate with other IT team members to resolve issues and expedite work</li><li>Work with 3rd party vendors/support as needed</li><li>Manage service tickets in IT ticketing system</li><li>Effectively determine when to escalate an issue</li><li>Willing to work during non-business hours when necessary to support site moves, local network upgrades, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>Professional Experience and Education&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years technical support experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing PC’s, printers, peripherals, networks, and voice/data connectivity</li><li>Minimum of 3 years experience coordinating, planning &amp; execution of jobsite office mobilizations, moves and demobilizations</li></ul><p>Position Related Skills</p><ul><li>In depth knowledge of networking topology, routers, switches, WAPs, etc.</li><li>In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Server OS &amp; O365 applications</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Must be able to work multiple tasks and between a variety of environments</li><li>Must be a strong team player, self-starter, flexible and be able to work well with a variety of personalities, with minimal instruction, and minimal direct supervision</li><li>Must be well organized.</li><li>Must be willing to travel to support other jobsites</li><li>Willing to train and certified to operate mobile lift platforms</li><li>Construction-related industry experience a plus</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical and Mental Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Standing/Walking/Sitting: Workday is combination of sitting/walking and standing &nbsp;</li><li>Legs: Must be able to climb stairs - 5% of day</li><li>Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use &nbsp;</li><li>Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid and far range vision. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination &nbsp;</li><li>Hearing:&nbsp;Sufficient&nbsp;to hear conversational levels in person and over the telephone</li><li>Speech:&nbsp;Sufficient&nbsp;to make oneself heard in person, speak in front of groups, and be understood over the telephone and radio &nbsp;</li><li>Lift/Carry: Up to 40lb computer/drawings- minimal &nbsp;</li><li>Bending/Twisting: Minimal &nbsp;</li><li>Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling: Minimal</li><li>Must be able to climb ladders (fixed access and step) -Minimal</li><li>Work at an elevated height- Minimal</li><li>Constant mental alertness, accuracy, and attention to detail required &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work independently, make decisions, and follow through on all assignments &nbsp;</li><li>Must use creativity, independent judgment, and organizational and problem-solving skills to determine best method to accomplish desired results &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to plan and organize work &nbsp;</li><li>Must possess strong organizational and computer use skills and have a high level of competency to read/write/speak English, and communicate with coworkers</li><li>Licensed to drive a company vehicle</li></ul>",
