This role is responsible for safe, well managed, on-time delivery of, and profitable field operations. The Senior Project Superintendent plays a critical role in establishing a safety culture on the jobsite and will work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve the best outcome possible. font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare two-week look ahead schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">At regular intervals, schedule and lead pull planning sessions with trade partners</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Implement lean construction practices into the management of the work; including but not limited to daily stand-up meetings and weekly work plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee daily construction activities ensuring work meets quality standards, project timelines, and budgets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with subcontractors, manage their performance, and ensure they adhere to contract requirements and safety protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee all aspects of project execution, including constructions schedules, budgets, and quality control</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Supervise and coordinate all field personnel, subcontractors, and construction activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica;
