The ideal candidate will have experience in highway design and project management who can bring creative problem-solving skills balanced with a strong background highway design. This position requires the ability to manage design contracts with MassDOT, MBTA, RIDOT, or NHDOT, liaise with clients and government agencies, and direct teams.
