We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p> MOR PPM Inc. seeks an equipment operator located in Pineville, SC. This is a full-time regular position with an ongoing maintenance crew. Commercial job experience a plus,  Bobcat and some equipment experience preferred.</p>\n<p><strong>Duties: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates stationary equipment including: Tripper Cars, Stacker Reclaimer and Dumper</li>\n <li>Drives and operates trucks and transports materials needed for projects</li>\n <li>Ensure company equipment and material is maintained, kept clean and stored in a safe manner</li>\n <li>Keep work area clean</li>\n <li>Proactively communicate with foreman, superintendent and coworkers</li>\n <li>Complete required paperwork, reporting and other documentation as required</li>\n <li>Communication skills necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a valid Drivers License</li>\n <li>Preferred at least 1 year Operating Equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically via DocuSign</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders</li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises</li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces</li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#PPM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
