    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Nephrology/Hypertension Clinic is seeking a full-time Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider to join our practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. This position is responsible for outpatient direct patient care and the coordination of care for patients at the community hospitals. The program offers comprehensive nephrology services including the management of acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, glomerulonephritis, acute dialysis, chronic dialysis, home dialysis therapies, continuous renal replacement therapy, and renal transplantation.
