Aegis Living is an assisted living and memory care company who is always looking for hard-working, kind, and compassionate leaders to work for us. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Schedule: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday - Friday</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As a Maintenance Director, your contributions to the team may include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsibility for the general maintenance and repair of an assisted living community and strives to secure the lowest-cost solutions to maintenance problems.</li>\n <li>Supervision of the maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure that the community is properly maintained.</li>\n <li>Providing leadership, training and development of assigned staff members.</li>\n <li>Responsibility for implementation of community Injury and Illness Prevention Program.</li>\n <li>Coordination of  the Hazcom Program.</li>\n <li>Performing safety audits/checklists and emergency drills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community</li>\n <li>Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain resident confidentiality</li>\n <li>Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulations</li>\n <li>Knowledge of management and accounting</li>\n <li>Ability to meet budgets and control costs</li>\n <li>Knowledge of computers, internet, and software applications including Word and Excel</li>\n <li>Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable results on TB screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other cool stuff you might want to know:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay, excellent benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k/tuition assistance and more!), and an enjoyable work/life balance.
