Together, the university’s community of doers, makers, healers, and innovators empowers graduates to change the world, solve 21st-century challenges, and reinvent the future.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For more information, visit nyit.edu.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Department of Interdisciplinary Health Sciences seeks part-time Adjunct faculty to fill possible openings in the following areas in our Health Sciences Programs:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Community Health, Health Information Management, Epidemiology, Healthcare Payment Systems, and Exercise Science.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Degree: Master’s Degree Preferred Degree: Doctorate Required Field of Expertise: </p>\n<p>Must have expert knowledge in a health and/or exercise science.</p>\n<p>Preferred Experience: Candidates with higher education teaching experience, knowledge of asynchronous and synchronous online platforms and experience in using the Canvas Learning Management System are strongly preferred. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Rank and Salary commensurate with education and experience.</p>\n<h2>Other Information</h2>\n<p><em>New York Institute of Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer – </em><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In compliance with local legislation as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, the annual base salary range for this position is listed.
