      "content": "<li>Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers who shape, form, and join metal parts or products to specified dimensions, machine metal into parts, products, tools and dies or molds with precise measurements and erect light and heavy metal products and structures.</li><li>Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departmentsEnsure that the installation and repair work is done according to good trade practices. </li><li>Set up machines and equipment and write programs for computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine toolsRequisition materials and supplies and ensure follow-up. </li><li>Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.</li><li>Train or arrange for training of workers when needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed.</li><li>Prepare production and other reports. </li><li>Support and advice in the metal construction/manufacturing: shelter, fence, ramps, balustradesEnsure, with other department employees, that the workshop remains in order and that the equipment present is in good condition. </li><li>Supervise and assist other team members with the identification and selection of parts required for the repair of equipment and/or the execution of special projects (new equipment, modification, etc.)</li><li>Supervise and assist when needed with repairs and/or modifications to equipment. </li><li> Participate in special projectsPerform any other task required by Operations.</li><div><br></div>"
