To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring the Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at www.lakecountryco-op.crs.</p><p><strong>Reporting to the TJ’s/ Chester’s Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:&nbsp;</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer-focused approach.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain accurately to guests.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare food neatly and according to standard recipes, package takeout orders, and ensure timely service.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards throughout food preparation, service, and cleanup.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Check and monitor product in food preparation area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to enter orders, calculate bills, and provide change.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operate manual and electric appliances, as well as other food preparation tools and equipment.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform light paperwork duties, as assigned.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform all other duties, as assigned.</p><p><br><strong>Why It Matters: </strong>Lake Country Co-op provides a range of products and services to support our over 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities throughout North Central Saskatchewan in the areas of Food, Pharmacy, Convenience Store, Home and Building Solutions, Ag products, Petroleum, Food Services, and Wine, Spirits and Beer.
