Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.</p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network</li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license is required for this position</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Two years experience in aviation maintenance as a licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic are required </li>\n <li>A degree in education/technical training from an accredited college/university or one-year experience in aviation technical training and/or equivalent Military experience preferred.</li>\n <li><p>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.</p></li>\n <li>2 years’ experience as a mechanic on Embraer E145 or E175 aircraft preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong written and spoken communication skills are necessary.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of the Learning Management System (Learning Hub)</li>\n <li>A developed understanding of Instructional System Design.</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills and Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills required. </li>\n <li>Strong audio-visual skills preferred.</li>\n <li>Travel up to 25% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note:  The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
