The candidate must demonstrate the ability to be trained, coached, and be able to motivate instructional staff in the classroom. The <span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51)\">STEAM teacher develops strategies, skills, tools, and techniques to effectively teach science, technology, engineering, and math to students.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create a safe and effective learning environment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Weekly lesson planning for instruction of state standards with support staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide daily feedback to support staff </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in regular observations and in-the-moment coaching from the Early Learning Center Campus Director and implement action steps following coaching sessions </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Regular parent communication following AZACS guidelines </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Modification of materials to meet student needs and IEP requirements </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain substitute plans in case of absence </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in all duties and responsibilities as appropriate for an AZACS faculty member</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor's degree required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 3 years of experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities in a classroom environment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Completion of 3 years of teaching in one of the following areas: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Technology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Enrollment in the AZACS Teaching Certification program or a college/university certification program is required after obtaining a bachelor's degree</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mastery and enthusiasm for best practices in autism education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track record of success in behavior management with students with autism or other special needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
