Join our team as a Field Marketer and become a vital part of our team by showcasing Patio Enclosures product lines and acting as a brand ambassador to potential clients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a <strong>Tradeshow Marketer,</strong> you will schedule appointments at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events through face-to-face interactions with potential clients. You may also demonstrate Patio Enclosures products to prospects at these events. As you grow with us, you’ll have the opportunity to represent additional brands, expanding your career within our company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It for You: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Excellent compensation package</p>\n<p>· Paid training</p>\n<p>· Growth opportunities within the company to represent additional brands.</p>\n<p>· Flexible part-time work hours to accommodate your schedule.</p>\n<p>· Be part of a passionate, people-focused team in a national multi brand home remodeling business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 per hour plus commission</strong></p>\n<p>· Compensation increases based on performance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)</p>\n<p>· Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license</p>\n<p>· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</p>\n<p>· Smart phone for timekeeping and appointment setting</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Represent Patio Enclosures or one of Great Day’s home improvement brands at local events such as trade shows, fairs, festivals, and conferences</p>\n<p>· Engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote the brand's products and services</p>\n<p>· Transport and set up/tear down exhibit displays and materials per guidelines</p>\n<p>· Schedule free inspections and estimates with potential customers following lead scheduling and lead submission best practices</p>\n<p>· Capture interest and generate leads through enthusiastic and informative communication</p>\n<p>· Work independently or in a team environment to represent your assigned brand with passion and professionalism</p>\n<p>· Grow within the company and expand to represent additional brands as you advance your career</p>\n<p>· Adapt to various event environments and engage with a wide range of customer personalities</p>\n<p>· Travel to event locations and participate in door-to-door marketing as needed</p>\n<p>· Manage flexible work hours, including daytime, evenings, and weekends</p>\n<p>· Timely submission of all timecards and paperwork</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with customers in an energetic and meaningful manner</p>\n<p>· Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with people and sharing product knowledge</p>\n<p>· Ability to inform, persuade, and generate leads while promoting the brand's value</p>\n<p>· Resilient in handling rejection while maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor</p>\n<p>· Team-oriented yet able to work independently, with the initiative to take charge at events</p>\n<p>· Adaptability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required</p>\n<p>· Previous experience in tradeshow marketing or customer-facing roles is advantageous</p>\n<p>· Experience in inside or outside sales is helpful but not mandatory</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re ready to take on a dynamic role that allows you to engage with clients and promote top-quality products, we encourage you to apply for the Field Marketer position.
