    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>JOB DESCRIPTION</u></strong></p><p><strong>Position:&nbsp;</strong>Chaser</p><p><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Delivery Manager</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Chaser supports the sales and service functions of the company by assisting with product delivery, merchandising, in-store marketing, and operational support. The Chaser plays a key role in upholding brand standards, maintaining account relationships, and ensuring that product displays and rotations meet company and vendor guidelines. This is a physically active role requiring flexibility, strong communication, and commitment to customer service.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Sales and Merchandising Support</strong><ul><li>Assist Sales Representatives and Route Assistants with product delivery and in-store merchandising.</li><li>Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in a visually appealing and organized manner.</li><li>Pull up specified accounts as scheduled by management, ensuring compliance with product rotation and freshness standards.</li><li>Follow Anheuser-Busch quality and rotation standards for all assigned accounts.</li><li>Learn the brands carried by each account and ensure proper product representation and placement.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Account Support</strong><ul><li>Develop familiarity with the layout and display locations within each account.</li><li>Learn and remember the names of owners and managers in your assigned territory to foster professional relationships.</li><li>Communicate effectively with store personnel to ensure account satisfaction and report any service issues.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Operational Duties</strong><ul><li>Assist with draft and package beer handling, storage, and display by working alongside Service Representatives.</li><li>Fill in for Route Assistants when needed, including assisting with full delivery route duties.</li><li>Support special events and marketing promotions as directed.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Administrative and Communication Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Attend weekly team and company meetings when requested.</li><li>Report product or equipment damage immediately to your manager.</li><li>Follow all company policies and safety procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.</li><li>Maintain open communication with your manager and sales representatives, asking questions when uncertain.</li></ul></li></ol><p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to learn beer rotation, display, and merchandising standards.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Customer service mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.</li><li>Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in merchandising, delivery, or warehouse roles a plus.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license may be required depending on assigned duties.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying of product (up to 50 lbs).</li><li>Work in varying indoor and outdoor environments (e.g., retail stores, loading areas, events).</li><li>Occasional extended hours or weekend work for special events.</li><li>Must wear appropriate uniform and follow safety protocols at all times.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p>This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
