This leadership role’s primary responsibilities are growing, developing and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic.  The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.</p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>This is a partnership</strong>.  The Clinic Director is key in clinic set up.  If opening a new clinic, will provide input on clinic location and clinic layout..</li>\n <li>Take control of Quality of Care in the clinic.  Taking a patient-centered approach so that each patient receives the care that is unique to their goals and objectives.</li>\n <li>The Clinic Director has all the normal responsibilities of a Physical Therapist with the addition of hiring and managing the right staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supporting the Marketing Reps and fellow clinics’ marketing initiatives are a key component in both the success of the clinic and of Team Rehabilitation.</li>\n <li>Maintain relationships with the key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.</li>\n <li>Attend lunches and functions set up by Marketing.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the clinic is a positive influence in the community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial and Operational Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that will enhance the patient’s experience. </li>\n <li>Manage productivity.  Define and set clear, reasonable and measurable expectations.</li>\n <li>Manage the clinic budget to make financial decisions that support the clinic’s overall financial health.</li>\n <li>Be aware of clinic expenses, such as patient travel, office supplies and medical supplies.</li>\n <li>Make sure that the clinic complies with all state and federal healthcare regulations. Part of those responsibilities include staying in touch with ever-changing healthcare laws and policies and ensuring the clinic is in compliance.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.</li>\n <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize clinic performance and profitability.</li>\n <li>Give input on policies, procedures and strategy to ensure that all Team Rehabilitation clinics provide the highest quality of care.</li>\n <li>Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership and Staff Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.</li>\n  <li>Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.</li>\n  <li>Promote staff engageme<strong>nt and retention through effective communication and support</strong></li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Continuously foster a collaborative work environment.
