What you will do: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline for $500k+ ACV enterprise contracts. Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify high-value revenue opportunities and partner with senior sellers to convert them into ARR. Build and optimize the company's outbound engine by testing new playbooks, identifying target account lists, and scaling successful channels. The ideal candidate: Possesses 1-2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role with a proven track record of generating consistent outbound pipeline. Demonstrates high resilience and a competitive ""winner"" mindset, comfortable making 100+ cold calls a day and handling frequent rejection.
