    "requisitionDescription": "<div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p>This position is for a Clinical Chart Auditor whose responsibility is to perform peer review chart audits on high-risk areas, identify plans and education for improvement. &nbsp;Personnel will receive training and education based on audit findings, improving documentation skills and clinical practices. &nbsp;Under the direction of the Director of Quality, this position facilitates clinical development and educational activities in accordance with federal, state and local regulations, accreditation standards, organization and departmental policies and procedures. &nbsp;</p><p>Job Qualifications</p><p>1. &nbsp;Minimum level of Education: Education level equivalent to completion of a Registered Professional Nursing Program required. &nbsp;Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.</p><p>2. &nbsp;Formal Training: Clinical competence in nursing skills required.&nbsp;</p><p>3. &nbsp;Licensure, Certifications &amp; Registration: Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Georgia. &nbsp;BLS required.</p><p>4. &nbsp;Work Experience: Basic management skills with experience in planning, organizing, implementing, facilitating, and interviewing, counseling and verbal and written communications. &nbsp;Advanced skills in adult learning principles. &nbsp;Computer skills with word processing. &nbsp;Minimum three (3) years, clinical experience in a hospital setting and analysis and auditing experience required. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
