    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Groundskeeper is responsible for working in a team environment to ensure the overall upkeep and eye appeal of the Caldera Springs Owners’ Association (CSOA) grounds. They will use a variety of tools, machines and other necessary materials to provide maintenance and landscaping to the grounds. In addition, the groundskeeper will also be responsible for the upkeep of the restrooms and other CSOA public areas. The Groundskeeper will assist with maintaining the AAA Four Diamond standards. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Groundskeeper will always conduct him/herself in manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort:<em>Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. </em>He/She/They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times. In this role, they are responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture and actively supporting our Vision and Mission to be the destination of choice for our guests, owners, and associates.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operates powered equipment such snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, brush trimmer, lift trucks, and pruning saws</li>\n <li>Responsible for assisting in the routine upkeep and landscape of the adopt-a-road program</li>\n <li>Cleans designated restrooms including shower stalls, toilets & urinals, mirrors and sinks, countertops and floors</li>\n <li>Maintains bike paths</li>\n <li>Assists with maintaining all noxious weeds in the area</li>\n <li>Cleans up downed trees by cutting and hauling to woodpiles</li>\n <li>Maintains and cares for tennis courts</li>\n <li>Uses hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, and hedge and brush trimmers.</li>\n <li>Prunes and trims trees, shrubs and hedges, using shears, pruners or chain saws</li>\n <li>Gathers and removes litter</li>\n <li>Maintains and repairs grounds tools and equipment</li>\n <li>Mixes and sprays fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides onto grass, shrubs and trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders under supervision.</li>\n <li>Provides proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters and other ground features</li>\n <li>Irrigates plants/flowers </li>\n <li>Assists with general installation and repairs of irrigations systems</li>\n <li>Provides general gardening duties</li>\n <li>Contacts appropriate party if when a guest problem is reported</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Prior landscaping/grounds experience preferred</li>\n <li>Prior experience with powered landscaping machines preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>JOB REQUIRMENTS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a valid Oregon Driver’s license and meet company driving standards</li>\n <li>Must have basic math skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with power operated landscaping equipment</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with designated chemicals</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (rain, sleet, ice, snow and heat)</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>WORKING CONDITIONS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, cold & heat);</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand  & walk throughout the day, including on uneven surfaces;</li>\n <li>Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 25 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.; </li>\n <li>Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel & twist on an frequent basis, often for prolonged periods;</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb ladders  and climb into and out of mobile equipment on a frequent basis;</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform simple grasping, squeezing, overhead reaching and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, & fine manipulation occasionally. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#SunriverResort</p>",
