This is a unique opportunity to see how analytics directly influence strategy, operations, and execution at the enterprise level</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Business Analytics &amp; Decision Support</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with Corporate Services and cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enable timely, data‑driven operational and executive decision-making.</li><li>Analyze historical and ongoing business data to support forecasting, trend analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.</li><li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Optimization &amp; Business Management</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in mapping, refining, and optimizing business and operational processes to improve efficiency, controls, and visibility.</li><li>Contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Help standardize reporting and analytics methodologies across Corporate Services</li></ul><p><strong>Tools &amp; Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Leverage Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet and SAP (and/or similar enterprise systems) to develop analytics solutions.</li><li>Utilize AI-enabled tools where appropriate to enhance reporting, analysis, and business processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Traits</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communicator with effective listening, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Analytical and structured thinker with the ability to solve business problems using data.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.</li><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and cross-functional work (on a global scale)</li></ul>",
