          "text": "<p>The Senior Associate will play a key role in the delivery of fund administration services to private market clients with a focus on private equity structures.&#xa0;This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books and records, preparing financial and investor reporting, and supporting all accounting and&#xa0;operational aspects of clients serviced through the Investran platform. The Senior Associate will act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors, and&#xa0;internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to deadlines.</p><p>You Will:<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\n• Review financial data received from Private Equity clients and load to our internal accounting systems.<br>\n• Assist with setting up, preparing and reviewing consolidations through the investment structure using various consolidation rules.<br>\n• Process payment of fund expenses in applicable banking system.<br>\n• Book journal entries related to cash payments and accruals.<br>\n• Prepare third party reconciliations of investments and cash.<br>\n• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and notices.<br>\n• Prepare fee schedules including calculation of management fees and carried interest, ensuring all calculations observe applicable fund documents.<br>\n• Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and P&amp;L is allocated correctly.<br>\n• Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.<br>\n• Collaborate with client, banks, auditors and other third parties to ensure smooth delivery to clients and completion of deliverables.</p>",
