In this role, you will work as part of a team which consults on large complex construction disputes. </p>\n<h2>You will be responsible for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Growing our Construction Disputes business, with a focus on developing, expanding, and managing client relationships domestically and internationally </li>\n <li>Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and promoting Exponent’s diverse service offerings in collaboration with other consultants in the Construction Consulting Practice and across the firm</li>\n <li>Participating in the Company’s Business Development initiatives</li>\n <li>Active participation in Industry and Trade Associations</li>\n <li>Project management</li>\n <li>Executing projects and delivering final work product to clients</li>\n <li>Recruiting, developing and mentoring staff in the Construction Consulting Practice</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You will have the following skills and qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management</li>\n <li>15 + years of experience in project/construction management or construction consulting. Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent.
