In this role, you will be responsible for fitting and assembling various steel structures according to blueprints and specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards.</p><ul><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements</li><li>Measure, cut, and fit steel components according to specifications</li><li>Align and weld steel components to create structural assemblies</li><li>Verify measurements and alignments using precision measuring tools</li><li>Install miscellaneous steel items such as stairs, handrails, and support structures</li><li>Maintain quality control standards throughout the fitting process</li><li>Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with specifications</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and procedures</li><li>Coordinate with other trades and team members on project requirements</li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition</li></ul>",
