This is an exciting opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care, supporting staff development and driving high clinical standards. Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate care every day. Key Responsibilities As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will: Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams Lead by example, promoting excellence in person-centred care Oversee medication management, audits and clinical governance processes Support the development and review of care plans and risk assessments Monitor and maintain high clinical standards throughout the home Lead shifts and support effective staffing and resource allocation Mentor, supervise and develop nursing and care staff Promote best practice in wound care, PEG feeding, catheter care and complex clinical interventions Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, CQC regulations and company policies Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development About You We're looking for a nurse who combines strong clinical skills with a supportive leadership style.
